Who Should Attend

The City Diplomacy Forum brings together mayors, governors, foreign ministry liaisons and the institutions that support them for two days on city diplomacy, cross-border cooperation and multilateral financing. Keynotes, panels and workshops cover sister-city partnerships, disaster response coordination and the protocol that governs delegation visits, with case studies from regions across Europe, the Americas and Africa.

Whether you represent a city government, sit on a regional finance committee or advise delegations on protocol, the agenda is built to give you contacts and frameworks you can use the following week.

Venue and Travel

The forum is held at the Ardennes Congress Centre in Brussels, a short walk from Brussels-South railway station and twenty minutes from Brussels Airport. Delegation transfers can be arranged through the secretariat after registration.
